    This is the preliminary request form.
    Your request will be confirmed via email, subject to the availability of the apartments you request.  Details as to how to effect payment of the deposit (equal to 30% of the sum of your entire stay) to be made via bank transfer, money order or credit card, will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation.
    The following fees will be applied in case of cancellation:
    • 10% of the entire stay amount before the terms described hereafter
    • 20% of the entire stay amount up to 15 days prior to the beginning of your stay
    • 30% of the entire stay amount up to 10 days prior to the beginning of your stay
    • 60% of the entire stay amount up to 3 days prior to the beginning of your stay
    • 100% of the entire stay amount after these terms
